• Due Diligence: Both buyers and sellers will undergo an extensive due diligence process and may be asked to provide key documents.
• FCO Issuance: After due diligence, the seller will email a signed and stamped Full Corporate Offer (FCO) detailing product quantity, price, specifications, origin, payment terms, and expiry date.
• FCO Confirmation: If you agree with the terms, sign and stamp the FCO and return it within the specified validity period.
• SPA Issuance: Upon receiving the executed FCO, the seller will issue a signed Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) confirming all transaction details.
• SPA Confirmation: Review, sign, and stamp the SPA, then promptly return it to the seller.
• Payment Execution: Complete the payment based on the terms agreed upon in the SPA.
• Transaction Completion: Once payment is confirmed, the transaction is finalized.
